Programme Manager

This post reports to the Director of Operations and will be a key role within the Senior Leadership Team. Operating in a dynamic and diverse environment, the postholder will lead of the delivery of high-quality programmes and services in line with NIACRO’s Strategy, contractual commitments and values. This is also a visible, externally facing role therefore requires insight in approach, the ability to connect and extend professional networks and influence across the stakeholder base. A focus on  performance, innovation and  improvement  is necessary to support the delivery of service excellence under our diverse range of contracts.

To apply you will have a successful track record of operating at management level for a minimum of 3 years, leading the provision of programmes/services to deliver improved outcomes for customers and you will demonstrate a passion for working with disadvantaged communities, children or vulnerable adults.
