Policy and engagement manager - Northern Ireland

This role will focus on growing membership numbers, by championing housing professionals across Northern Ireland. In addition to this, the policy and engagement manager will also look to support our policy work, ensuring that we can be a lead voice for housing across the region.

The policy and engagement manager will operate as the beating heart of our operations in Northern Ireland, working as part of a dedicated UK membership team.

We are looking for someone to cover the whole of the Northern Ireland region.

You will need to be an excellent communicator who can build and maintain relationships and be extremely self-motivated.

You will raise awareness of the value of CIH membership, attract new members and help us to retain them by:

• building relationships with landlords and other organisations in the area
• helping to shape our regional conferences, events and training programmes
• working closely with our policy team to influence and promote our policy positions
