Physical Regeneration Officer: Donegall Pass Community Forum

GEMS NI is co-ordinating the recruitment of a Physical Regeneration Officer for Donegall Pass Community Forum

Reporting to the Forum's Development Manager, You will support the  development  and implemention of a range of physical  regeneration projects, shaping, developing and assessing the suitability and feasibility of regeneration options from conception, through to approvals, procurement and delivery and also appraise regeneration opportunities in accordance with market intelligence, government policy, funding requirements and opportunities, the asset strategy along with resident and other key stakeholder needs. 

You will work with a range of key development partners, senior managers and operational  teams on the delivery of regeneration projects and initiatives ensuring appropriate communication, consultation and inclusive approaches for the defined regeneration ares, identifying, building and developing an extensive network of internal and external partnerships to ensure that the interests of the Donegall Pass Community Forum and those we seek to serve are represented.

Excellent communication skills (both written and verbal) with a proven ability to influence key stakeholders  are essential.

You will also be educated to degree level or equivalent in a relevant discipline or can demonstrate at least 5 years experience in a similar role.
