Positive Futures is Northern Ireland’s leading learning disability, acquired brain injury and autistic spectrum condition charity. We employ around 600 people in NI and ROI. We have the following vacancy which can either be based in our Bangor office,
You will provide a confidential personal secretary service to Operations Managers in order to deliver our Mission
Essential criteria:
In order to be shortlisted for the position, you must demonstrate how you meet the following essential criteria for the post:
- Minimum of 3 GCSE passes at Grade C or above (or equivalent) which must include English and Maths
- Minimum OCR / RSA Word Processing Stage 2 or typing speed of 50-55wpm and be proficient in the production of complex and specialist business documents
- Minimum of 1 year’s experience of working as a Secretary
- Full driving licence and access to a car insured for business purposes*
* This criteria is waived for those unable to meet it due to disability. If said candidate is made a conditional offer, potential alternative methods to fulfil the travel aspects of the role will be discussed at that stage.
