We have opportunities at our Family Support Services where we provide support to families across areas of County Fermanagh:

Support hours fall 9.00am – 7.00pm Monday to Friday and 9.00am – 4.00pm on Saturdays

Brighter Futures is a Big Lottery funded early intervention project for children aged up to 12 years old with a disability and their families. Lakeland Family Support Service support children and young people aged 5-18 years old with a diagnosis of a learning disability.

We provide social opportunities and a range of activities such as arts and crafts, cookery, swimming, sports, eating out, accompanying children to the cinema or soft play area, bowling, and going to the cinema and shops. We pride ourselves on being a person centred service and therefore our activities are planned around the children's likes and abilities.

What we need you to have:

• Experience of supporting individuals with a learning disability, acquired brain injury or autistic spectrum condition.
• Possession of a full driving licence* and access to a car insured for business purposes to enable the people we support, to be transported as required within their support plan. 

*this criteria is waived for those unable to meet it due to disability
