Part-time Solicitors (x 2) Ref:SOLPT/0319

The post holder will be part of a busy team and will be required to provide specialist legal support primarily by undertaking casework and providing legal guidance.

Essential requirements for the post include:-

• Legally qualified as a solicitor in NI at the time of application;
• Current practising certificate (or entitlement to obtain one) from the Law Society;
• Demonstrated experience and knowledge of policies, practices & procedures involved in the administration of civil legal aid;
• Demonstrated experience of tribunal/court representation.
