Part-time Project Co-ordinator (22 hrs Per week)

Part-time Project Coordinator required by County Armagh Phoenix Group Limited based in Armagh. Effective from 1st April 2020 to 31st March 2022. £15,530 gross annual Salary.

Role: 

Planning of practical work programmes for individual projects and monitoring resources for same. Project publicity and promotion. Network and liaise with other relevant organisations in facilitation and delivery of projects to meet identified needs. Financial and budget management of projects. Representation of CAPG Ltd at public events where appropriate. Maintaining CAPG Ltd’s activities and operations in line with organisation policies and procedures.

Criteria:

- A relevant 2nd level qualification

- 2 years’ experience within the Community and Voluntary sector (paid or voluntary)

- Project coordination experience

- Good communication and presentation skills

- A welcoming manner and team player

- Have initiative and self-motivation

- Administrative experience

- Computer literate
