Parish Office Administrator
Seapatrick Parish
The post holder will provide confidential, efficient and effective administrative support to the Parish Priest of Seapatrick and Annaclone and parish teams, and assistance to parishioners and visitors who make contact with the Parish Office.
The main responsibilities involved are:
- Office management and general administration of the parish and its facilities
- Financial administration of the parish
- Coordination of parish staff
- Compliance and adherence to Diocesan policies and procedures
The terms are based on a permanent appointment requiring 25 hours per week (ideally, 5 half-days, Monday – Friday). However, flexibility will be required in relation to attendance and hours worked in order to meet the business needs within the parish office and the needs of the parish, from time to time.
As such a post involving work in parishes is subject to the provisions of the Safeguarding Vulnerable Groups (NI) Order 2007, the successful candidate will require an Access NI Enhanced Disclosure check.
