Ref: S505 | Belfast (Office based) | 28 hours per week We’re looking for an enthusiastic and motivated PA to join our team in Northern Ireland.

The PA will provide a full secretarial and administrative support service to the Director Northern Ireland and Aphasia. You’ll assist the Director with the efficient operation of a busy office which covers the work of the Northern Ireland team and the Aphasia team which supports stroke survivors with communication difficulties across the UK. The PA will also support the relevant Senior Managers and Advisory Committee members, as required, in planning and operations to ensure the teams achieve their targets. You’ll have a good standard of literacy and numeracy (GCSE grade C and above in English and Maths) or have relevant demonstrable industry experience. You’ll be able to prioritise workload and work with minimum supervision. Experience of working as a PA/Secretary is essential including minute taking and experience of developing and or maintaining effective administrative systems.
