Organisation Development and Learning Team Leader (Belfast)

NICMA- the Childminding Association wish to recruit an Organisation Development and Learning Team Leader. This permanent position is well suited to an individual that is looking to advance their career and contribute to the success of NICMA.

The appointee will be responsible for identifying and driving income and generating opportunities for NICMA’s wider business and aims. Their duties will include raising awareness of NICMA's work, aims and goals, identifying and pursuing new business opportunities and sources of income and working with internal/external partners to source, engage and develop training programs to support the growth and development of the organisation. The appointee will also have line management responsibilities.
