The focus of this role will be running the online retail operation of Quaker Care with the assistance of the Retail Development Manager and a volunteer team. We currently operate one successful Highstreet charity shop and a developing online shop.
This is a new role with Quaker Service that will reward the appointed individual with an excellent mix of excitement, challenge and opportunity to make a unique and personal difference within our charity.
Main responsibilities are:
- Listing items for sale online
- Packaging and posting sold items
- Providing excellent customer service
- Stock Control
- Assisting Retail Development Manager in enacting new product lines for online sales.
