One to One Pre-School Assistant
St. Mary’s on the Hill Preschool Playgroup
Essential: GCSE grade C or equivalent in at least English and Mathematics.
Ability to relate well to children and adults including other professional/carers/parents.
Ability to manage multiple tasks, whilst ensuring children, colleagues, parents and carers are respected and listened to.
Ability to communicate effectively with adults and children. Good verbal and non-verbal communication skills.
Desirable: Have experience working with Pre-school children with Special Education Needs
Communicate using British Sign language (BSL)
Motivational skills.
Ability to analyse tasks and how they may be best achieved.
Reflective approach and commitment to personal development.
