Night-time Support Worker - Women's Crash facility
We are looking for individuals who are committed, enthusiastic and self-motivated to work in our Annsgate emergency accommodation scheme for homeless females. If you would like meaningful work that is both challenging and makes positive impact on society then come join our dedicated team.

It is important that staff can support the Welcome Organisation’s ethos of delivering very low threshold services setting the minimum barriers to service entry.
In return, we will provide the opportunity to develop your skills, professional supervision and support, and the opportunity to be part of a team where your views count and you can make a lasting difference to the lives of homeless people.
Hours of work: 77 hours per fortnight (usually worked 4 nights on and 3 nights off).
Salary: £19,032 (pro rata based on a 37.5 hour week)
