As a Mental Health Support Worker within ASCERT’s Mental Health Service for Young People you will provide confidential support to young people aged 10-18 years in the Northern Trust Area.
The overall aim of this service is to support young people within the Northern Health and Social Care Trust area to improve their mental and emotional health, build resilience and sustain positive relationships.
Throughout engagement with this service, children and young people will be provided with information, guidance and support with the aim of build stability into their lives and helping them to better engage with services they need, i.e. GP or ASCERT’s youth treatment services.
