As Manager you will utilise your experience and knowledge to provide vision, direction, leadership and management to an organisation that is committed to ending violence against women, girls and children.
Applicants must satisfy the following essential criteria:-
1 3rd level University degree in a relevant discipline (e.g. health &social care, law, social policy, business)
or
3 years recent experience working at management level and GCSE English and maths at Grade C or above / equivalent
2 Proven track record in providing management and leadership.
Due to the level of contact with vulnerable women and children, the lawful recruitment of a female for this post falls within the exemption stated in Article 10 (2b&e) of the Sex Discrimination (NI) Order 1976
