Loaf Pottery - Potter Mentor

Loaf Pottery is one of the newest additions to Loaf Catering.  It is open seven days and offers a variety of activities including art classes and drop in ‘Paint Me, Glaze Me’ workshops.  Our Café serves a choice of delicious coffee, deli sharing boards, artisan wood fired pizza and Loaf’s award winning sausage rolls.  There is also a beautiful allotment/garden on site.

We are recruiting for a Potter Mentor who will support and mentor trainee Potters with learning disabilities, difficulties and autism to develop a vibrant creative pottery programme.  The potter will support trainees to understand processes and be able to create unique pieces of pottery and ceramics.  They will also deliver a series of highly creative, engaging and dynamic pottery classes to a variety of participants including, participants with disabilities, learning difficulties and autism, the local community, arts and voluntary groups.
