Key Worker for Dads Project

Parenting NI is the lead partner in an exciting new Dads Project, funded by the Big Lottery.

The post holder, operating from a base to be agreed, will have a key role in the development and delivery of the project within allocated areas in the Western Trust and bordering regions, ensuring that support is provided to Dads who are separated from their partners and children.

Essential Criteria Includes:

  • Level 3 or equivalent qualification in Early Years, Family Support, Counselling or Youth and Community Work
  • At least 1-2 years’ experience (within the last 3 years) of direct working in the field of family support with specific experience of effectively engaging parents

Hours:              16 hrs pw

Grade:              Band 5 pt 18

Salary:              £10,250 pa (£23,703 pa FTE)

Contract:           Funded until December 2022
