About the role

As the Income Manager, you help us to look after our income carefully to support us in achieving

our ambition to provide more quality homes. You will lead the team in supporting our tenants by managing the income from rents, service and other charges against agreed targets. This will be achieved by delivering a best in class income recovery strategy, providing excellent customer service and by managing, leading and inspiring the income team and colleagues to come up with innovative and efficient solutions.

 

A bit about you

To be successful, you are a strong candidate with extensive knowledge of credit control/income maximisation approaches/techniques and leading & managing a team. You have experience of working in an income management or credit control role and may have a relevant third level qualification (e.g. finance, accountancy, law, housing).  You are able to set strategic priorities, confident with change and able to manage and prioritise a busy workload. Last but not least, it is also about the right attitude in line with Clanmil’s values and a strong desire to provide a great customer service to our tenants!
