Role: The overall purpose of the post is to support the HR Manager to provide a comprehensive human resources service within AMH by:
- Advising and supporting managers on a range of HR and staffing issues.
- Effectively coordinating the development, programming, delivery and assessment of training for staff and management within the organisation.
You will have
Essential -
Level 3 CIPD Certificate in Human Resources/Personnel Practice
Previous experience of providing Human Resource support in organisational setting
Knowledge and understanding of HR Practices and employment law
Current full driving licence, valid in the UK and access to a car on appointment or access to a form of transport which will permit them to carry out the duties and requirements of the post in full
Desirable -
Current membership of CIPD
Hold CIPD Certificate in Training Practice or equivalent
Experience of the designing and delivery of Human Resource related training programmes
Previous experience of working in a mental health or other disability/special needs setting
