HR Manager (Maternity Cover)

Temporary
35 hours per week
£35,000 – £40,000 per annum
Monday – Friday
Parking is available

Job Purpose:

Provision of generalist strategic and operational HR advisory to specific business areas within Bryson Charitable Group, by working in partnership with management to proactively identify and meet the HR needs of the business, assisting the Group in achieving its organisation goals.

Essential Criteria:

• Degree (or equivalent) in HR or related discipline OR minimum 5 years general HR experience
• Minimum 2 years Senior HR experience
• Minimum 2 years experience of managing staff
• Effective working knowledge of Microsoft office
• Proven  experience of effectively managing and developing people within a HR environment
• Proven track record of handling a range of complex employee relations issues and casework
• Flexible approach to working hours
• Access to a vehicle/ transport  for work purposes
