Housing Support Worker- Community Based- Older People

BCM is 130 years old making it one of Northern Irelands oldest charities. Housing Support for older People supports those in the community to continue living in their own homes for as long as safely possible.  Support is provided to an older person for up to 2 years depending on their needs. 

As a Housing Support Worker, you will be providing housing related support to a case load of older people living in the community. You will be assessing their needs and developing support plans with each young person to meet their specific needs, ensuring each support plan is continually monitored and reviewed to assess progress toward agreed goals.
