Health Promotion Officer - Young People (2 posts)

You will be a health promotion professional who is passionate and committed to prevention and empowering young people and others to lead a healthy and active life to stay well and to prevent chest, heart and stroke Illnesses. This role will have a key focus on delivering our Well Schools programme for pupils within schools and for promoting healthier lifestyles for children and young people, their families and the wider community in a variety of other settings, and your main remit will include:

•    Delivering the Well Schools service including our Chester’s schools programme and health talks/workshops for primary school children with training/mentoring provided
•    Delivering Well Talks and workshops for young people in post - primary and community settings 
•    Delivering other health promotion services/products for adults and priority groups including health checks, health talks, presentations or other programmes 
•    Helping to grow our engagement and impact with our chest heart and stroke community and working with other internal teams/services. 
•    Contributing to the development, planning, delivery, marketing and evaluation of our health promotion programme / products
