WOMEN’STEC delivers non-traditional training skills and opportunities throughout Northern Ireland and advocates for change in creating and promoting equal opportunities for all women.
This is a new, strategic role in a growing and dynamic organisation. The Head of Programmes will be responsible for the efficient and effective management of all WOMEN’STEC programmes to agreed outputs and management of staff.
You will be responsible for all aspects of the day-to-day management of WOMEN’STEC programmes, to include management of programme staff, internal communications, programme budget management, monitoring and internal organisational development. The person appointed must have an understanding and be supportive of the values and ethos of WOMEN’STEC and the promotion of equality.
