The Head of Programme will lead our Programme team to sustainably deliver high-quality, community -based programmes. This post is part-funded by the Community Relations Council, Core Funding Programme.
The Head of Programme will outwork Corrymeela’s mission of transforming division through human encounter.
The role will include tasks in the following areas:-
- Leadership and Management - provide effective leadership in relation to the delivery of key priorities.
- Programme Management - lead the Programme team to develop and deliver outstanding, evidence-based programmes in local communities, primarily by focusing on the themes of sectarianism, marginalisation, legacies of the conflict and public theology.
- Fundraising and Finance - lead the generating, management and monitoring of the programme team’s budget
- Partnership and Networking - develop, maintain and cultivate strategic partnership relationships to further Corrymeela’s mission.
- Any other reasonable duties commensurate with the role.
