Head of Operations NI (Social Worker) Maternity cover from July 2019- April 2020
The Fostering Network
We are looking for a qualified, NISCC registered social worker, with at least 5 years recent experience of working with looked after children and foster carers you will have knowledge of Foster Care, the NI education system, Social Services and Safeguarding.
With significant experience of managing multi-faceted programmes to meet commissioned targets and outcomes, you will be a highly motivated, self- directed individual with an ability to develop and implement effective working relationships with funders and key stakeholders including social services and educational personnel.
You will have exceptional communication and engagement skills and the ability to lead a multi-disciplinary team and deliver and monitor project outcomes.
