Grow Development Worker

The Grow Development Worker will be responsible for planning and delivering Grow’s outreach and volunteer development programme, in line with targets set out in the Growing Communities application to The National Lottery. The Development Worker will lead on bringing new people and communities into the garden spaces for activities beyond growing food such as nature-based wellbeing programmes. The role will deliver a volunteer development and training programme in support of the broader project aims and work cooperatively with other Grow staff to deliver the overall project targets.

This is a fixed term post funded by the National Lottery Community Fund for 3 years.
