Essential criteria:
- Relevant construction\Housing\Development related qualification e.g. HNC, HND, Degree.
- IT Literate with demonstrable experience of Microsoft Office, including Word, Excel and Outlook.
- A valid driving licence and access to a car to fulfil any mobility requirements of the post.
