Full time Home Support Coordinator

Sólás delivers practical support services for children & young people with additional needs including autism, and their families. Based in South Belfast, it strives to promote the inclusion of those with disabilities into the social, economic and cultural life of the community, and promote values of fairness and equality.

Funded by the Big Lottery Community Fund, this 3-year full time post involves the delivery of our home support service. The postholder would be expected to liaise with service users, manage staff and work alongside groups within the community such as family support hubs, schools, other charities and community groups, as well as colleagues and managment within Sólás. Full job description and person spec, as well as application form can be found in the attached files.

Interviews are expected to take place via teleconferencing (Zoom) on week beginning Monday 22nd June.
