Floating Support Coordinator

Based at: St. Pauls Fold, Canning Place, North Belfast, Co. Antrim, BT15 1FT

Ref: FSC.HS.06

Hours: 36 hours per week

Essential Criteria

• Minimum of 5 GCSE's or equivalent to include at least Grade C or abovein English and Maths and 1 years' experience working with older people or other relevant client groups OR 3 years experience working in a sheltered or supported housing environment.

• Good communication skills with the ability to communicate effectively with tenants and other professional agencies.

• Understanding of the needs of older people and service provision with an awareness of safeguarding vulnerable adults.

• Valid driving licence with access to a vehicle to carry out the mobility aspects of the role.
