Finance Officer (Accounting & Control)

Based at: Radius Housing, 3 Redburn Square, Holywood, BT18 9HZ

Reference: FO.FIN.02

Hours: 37 hours per week

Essential Criteria:

• 5 GCSEs (minimum Grade C) or equivalent to include English and Maths.
• A minimum of 3 years' experience (in the last 6 years) in a finance environment operating an IT based financial system.
• Demonstrable written and oral communication skills with experience in explaining / clarifying technical financial matters to non-finance personnel.
• Excellent IT skills with experience of Microsoft Office to include experience of producing complex spreadsheets as well as word documents.
