Current Vacancy – Finance and Administrative Assistant

Keep Northern Ireland Beautiful is seeking a highly motivated and enthusiastic Finance and Administrative Assistant to join our small staff team based in Belfast.

30 hours per week; Salary £20,646 (pro-rata); permanent subject to funding

Your role will include assisting in the management of the organisation’s finances, operating a SAGE accounts package, preparation of management accounts and reports and submission of funding claims, as well as providing general administrative and HR support.

You will have excellent oral, written, numerical, IT and interpersonal skills, the ability to work accurately with attention to detail and to prioritise and cope with a demanding workload.

Keep Northern Ireland Beautiful reserves the right to hold a reserve list, for a period of approximately 12 months, from this recruitment to fill similar roles which may arise.
