Finance and Administration Manager

Job Purpose:

The person appointed will play a key role in the financial management of the organisation, working as part of and with the Management Team and the Board to aid business planning and decision making by providing financial advice and support which will enable them to make sound business decisions. This will include holding responsibility for undertaking related accounts administration, monthly management accounts, ensuring clear budgetary planning and will ensure financial practices are in line with all statutory legislation and regulation.

A key part of this role is to provide the Board with up-to-date financial information including monthly management accounts to enable management decisions to be taken. 

The Finance Manager  is also responsible for preparing and maintaining all aspects of the Payroll functions, maintaining records of Financial transactions by establishing accounts; posting transactions and ensuring legal requirements compliance for TIDES Training.
