Events Coordinator, Young at Art Events

Young at Art Events is the social enterprise arm of Young at Art, Northern Ireland’s leading children’s arts organisation. 

Events Coordinator/s are responsible for the successful development, coordination and delivery of our arts-focused events, workshops and other creative activities for children and young people for a wide variety of government, third sector, private and retail clients. 

Events Coordinator/s work with the YAAE team to develop the product offering. They take a lead role in liaising with clients, staff and other stakeholders to ensure that appropriate artists, event managers, venues and materials are secured as appropriate.  They will ensure that all necessary documentation is completed in a timely manner.  They will attend events in a supervisory capacity if and when deemed necessary. 

This is a permanent part-time position. £18-20k pro rata (based on experience).
