Role

The post holder will operate within the Estates team of NI Hospice and provide support on all estates related matters to all within the NI Hospice buildings. Assisting the maintenance team members, the sub-contractor chain and self-delivery of maintenance tasks are core requirements of the role. Duties such as deliveries, driving requirements, and grounds maintenance are all required. Basic maintenance tasks form part of the role, daily maintenance checks of equipment, taking readings, water flushing and recording are within the post holders responsibilities. General duties will be required for all departments within the NI Hospice to assist the non-core activities on a daily basis. Availability for being on call is a requirement to support the on call rota.
