The organisation was established in 2002 and has had a significant impact on the lives of thousands of people by supporting them to secure and sustain paid job opportunities through our dedicated employment and training team.

Verve is our award winning employment and training project funded through European Social Fund (2018-2022), Department for Communities and respective match funders and currently covers the Belfast, Antrim, Newtownabbey, Mid & East Antrim and Ard & North Down areas.

Due to organisational growth & expansion of we have an exciting opportunity for 2 Employment Officers to join our reputable employment and training team to develop our award winning services in Mid Ulster and Fermanagh & Omagh respective council areas. The Employment Officers will provide participants with the highest quality support to enable them to secure the job they want and keep it.

The post holder will have a particular focus on securing jobs for participants while promoting learning and work experience to ensure they achieve their individual goals and will engage effectively with parents, carers and employers in a professional manner to ensure the optimum opportunities and outcomes can be achieved by the participants.
