Employment Officer Magilligan Prison Split Base

The programme will operate across Northern Ireland until March 2022 in partnership with Probation Board for Northern Ireland (PBNI) and the Northern Ireland Prison Services (NIPS).  It is predicated on the principle that securing employment (or progressing towards education and training) is the single most significant contributor factor towards helping to reduce the likelihood of offending.

All Working Well’s Employment Officers will support individuals through an employability programme, preparing them to move into employment, training or further education.

Employment Officers will be based in Magilligan Prison and probation in  the community working with prisoners preparing for release and continuing this work with the same individuals upon release
