The Employability Manager will help lead our efforts in supporting businesses to engage those furthest removed from employment to gain the skills and aptitudes they need to become work ready. The role will also involve campaigning to change the attitudes of employers towards a more sustainable and responsible approach to workforce development.
As Employability Manager, you must possess exceptional communication and relationship building skills, good experience of delivering employability projects and the ability to deliver successfully on a strategic vision.
