Are you passionate about improving the quality of learning for young children with a focus on rapid improvements and innovation for continual improvement to practice?

If you are, Early Years – the organisation for young children are recruiting for the following Regional posts:

Early Years Quality Mentor

Early Years Quality Improvement Advisor

Successful candidates will:

  • promote and support the development of early years services to a range of groups including parent and toddlers, day care providers, playgroups and others with a focus on clear timebound evidence demonstrating sustained and high level improvements to practice and / or leadership of a setting.
     
  • assess training needs, deliver training and provide advice and support on programmes such as Media Initiative, Eager and Able to Learn and HighScope. With a clear focus on visibly leading improvements within the sector beyond the minimum standards.
     
  • demonstrate a commitment to excellence in all the services provided by the Organisation and to settings through specialist, highly effective and timebound support provided focusing on high quality learning and care for children, families and communities.
     
  • support governance arrangements in all Early Years settings
