Essential Criteria
- Previous cleaning/domestic experience in a paid or voluntary capacity
- Awareness of the needs of older people and ability to maintain confidentiality
- Good verbal and written communication skills and sufficiently fluent in English to assist tenants, their families and visitors
- Prepared to undertake training and ability to use initiative and work as part of a team
