Salary scale £46,822 - £54,106 per annum based on 35hours per week. Candidates will normally be appointed at the start of the pay scale.

Base will be AMH New Life Counselling, Ardoyne or Bloomfield House, Belfast.
Role: The Director will be a dynamic, determined and collaborative leader with the ambition to develop the AMH New Life Counselling service to even higher levels of excellence and delivery. As a key member of the AMH Senior Management Team the Director will be required to:
- foster an environment that encourages quality and delivers positive outcomes for clients;
- support the emotional and wellbeing needs of clients, including children, young people, adults and families;
- drive change and grow the diversity of services and clients;
- ensure NLC services are sustainable and aligned with client need.
