Director of North West Region

This is a challenging and exciting role which will enable the right candidate to help shape and support Business in the Community’s work in Northern Ireland. As NW Director, you will lead on the strategic development and management of our operations in the North West and ensure responsibility sits at the heart of how companies here do business. Engaging organisations on social issues such as community resilience, education & jobs, environmental sustainability and wellbeing & inclusion means you get to make a difference and do something that really matters. You’ll also lead on ensuring our modern offices, BEAM, are a hub for local businesses and community organisations.

As NW Director, you must possess exceptional leadership, management and communication skills and the ability to develop and deliver successfully on a strategic vision. Business development and growth are key aspects to this role, so skills in income generation will also be vital to make a success of the role.
