Fixed Term - 12 months

Full time- 35 hours a week

The Prince's Trust is a youth charity that helps change young lives. We give practical and financial support, developing key workplace skills, such as confidence and motivation. We work with 11 to 30-year-olds who have struggled at school, have been in care, are long-term unemployed or have been in trouble with the law. We have helped more than 825,000 young people since 1976 and support 100 more each working day. More than three in four young people we helped last year moved into work, education or training. We are committed to equality and valuing diversity.

As one of the UK's leading fundraising charities, The Prince's Trust has a substantial Marketing and Communications Department based in the headquarters building in London, as well as countries teams embedded in Wales, Northern Ireland and Scotland.  It aims to promote the work of The Prince's Trust by delivering a blend of creative and engaging campaigns (on and offline) to support various teams across the organisation, including: programmes, outreach, fundraising, corporate partnerships, volunteers and events.

In particular, the Digital Marketing team uses advertising, dynamic content, social media, e-communications and its website to strengthen campaigns and meet teams' needs, using data to optimise and tailor all of its activities.

The Trust's website attracts over 1.7 million visitors each year and currently has more than 220,000 followers across its social media channels.

The Prince's Trust is committed to safeguarding and promoting the welfare of children and young people and expects all staff and volunteers to share this commitment. The successful applicant will be required to apply for an enhanced DBS check

Interviews to be held on Monday 25th and Tuesday 26th March.
