Bryson FutureSkills requires a;

Development Officer

Permanent

35 hours per week

Monday – Friday

£23,794.43 per annum

Job Purpose:

To be responsible for the promotion of training and employment programmes, particularly Training For Success and ApprenticeshipsNI. To recruit and support participants on programmes within contracted areas.

Essential Criteria:

• 5 GCSEs Grade C or above (or equivalent) to include English and Maths
• Mentoring or Advisory Qualification
• Minimum of 2 years experience of working with employers to include  work placement opportunities
• Minimum of 1 years experience in a Mentoring and Advisory role
• Excellent communication skills both written and oral
• Excellent Interpersonal skills
• The ability to work towards targeted outcomes and deadlines
• Full UK Driving Licence and access to own car

Desirable Criteria:

• Current working knowledge of training and employment programmes
• Minimum of 1 years experience of training and employment programmes
• Experience of liaising with young people and stakeholder partners
