A bit about the role

We have a fantastic opportunity for a Development Officer to join our team to help us deliver our ambitious development programme and manage our new developments on site.  This rewarding role will provide you with an opportunity to make a real difference for our tenants by providing great homes that matter.

This exciting opportunity will suit a self-motivated individual who has excellent communication and organisational skills, is an effective negotiator and has a proven ability to problem solve.


A bit about you

You will need to have a third level qualification and have 2 years’ experience (within the last 5 years) in a property/construction/estate agency environment.  If you do not have a degree but have 5 years’ experience (within the last 8 years) in a property/construction/estate agency instead, then you should also consider applying.   You will need to be flexible with your time because this is not a 9-5 job; some work will need carried out outside of core hours.  You will find further details regarding the qualifications, experience and skills to succeed in this role, on the job description and person specification.
