Development Mentor, Positive Directions Programme

• The Development Mentor’s function is to ensure the participants’ needs are identified, actioned and progressed in an efficient and timely manner to enable them to fulfil their aspirations and ensure positive outcome.
• To deliver short courses/workshops suitable for participants’ progression.
• To assist with securing work placements, delivering employability activity and securing progression routes for participants.

This position is based at Drumalane Mill, Quays Newry but travel is expected to Slieve Gullion and Portadown office locations.
