The Alliance Party is a growing, dynamic political party and seeks to recruit an enthusiastic campaigner with key skills in strategic development to the key post of Development & Campaigns Officer to continue the party's growth.

Full Job Description and Specification is attached however key responsibilities include;

Drafting of Development & Campaign Plan and Election Strategy in conjunction with Party Leadership & Political Organisation Committee.

Management & Delivery of Development & Campaign Plans

Working with local Associations, candidates, and elected representatives to develop local campaigning, including training, development of existing and new campaigning techniques and direct involvement in practical demonstration.

Management of Internal data systems and canvass data

Development of target seats

Provision of central campaigning materials
