Shopmobility Belfast is a charity, which can provide a mobility scooter or wheelchair for FREE between 10am and 4pm. We focus on preventing social exclusion and constantly strive to help people feel more independent, boost their confidence and allow them to participate in community life.

Poor accessibility to everyday services, and being unable to socialise with friends and family can result in social isolation, poor mental health and depression, leading people to remain at home. Our main focus is to get as many people as possible out and about and reconnected with society.

Volunteer testimonial -

Zoe Wylie - "I enjoy volunteering for Shopmobility. The people are lovely to work with, professional but also caring like a family. Very good mentors and they explain the work you have to do in an easy and understanding manner. The service they provide is a great one, both of my parents use the service and it is very helpful to both of them.I am very grateful of Shopmobility, for what they do for my parents and myself.
