Counselling Services Manager

The post holder will lead our dynamic and experienced team of personnel and will work closely with our Advisory Group and the directors of Lenadoon Forum to continue to sustain and develop our counselling service.  They will be an excellent all rounder with a progressive management approach.  The person will have the capacity to effectively manage contracts as well as a range of operational and strategic relationships.  They will have a track record of successfully securing funding and developing and winning tenders in response to commissioning opportunities.  Our new Counselling Services Manager will possess a comprehensive understanding of the mental health well being needs of people from disadvantaged areas.  They will have a clear vision, based on needs, about developing and sustaining our counselling services.  Interviews for the post will take place second week of June 2019.  The details will be confirmed to all those shortlisted to progress to interview.
