FMNI is the lead agency for the delivery of family mediation and the key training provider of Family Mediators in the 3rd Sector in NI. FMNI is a registered charity providing a specialist family mediation service to separating and divorcing parents and others involved in Wider Family Disputes at venues throughout NI.

This is an opportunity for you to join a small team to contribute to improving the outcomes for children, young people and families who are going through a separation. 

• The role requires emotional resilience, empathy, initiative, flexibility, a mature approach and the ability to balance competing demands in a fast paced environment with a commitment to supporting Service Users, by responding to enquiries by parents, family members and external professionals and providing access to those services.
• Whilst extremely rewarding this post can be intense and demanding. It requires active listening to emotional issues on a daily basis together with excellent organisational skills.
