Part time, 25 hours per week - working Monday-Friday
This role offers a challenging yet exciting opportunity to play a key part within a pioneering and innovative rehabilitation service, located in Belfast, which will provide high quality specialist support to people in NI with an alcohol-related brain injury (ARBI).
As a Cook with Leonard Cheshire you will play a key role in the preparation of meals, special events and functions, providing a high-quality kitchen service in our specialist rehabilitation residential unit. Working within the constraints of the budget, you will be responsible for the effective and efficient operation of the kitchen; delivering nutritionally balanced, varied and attractively presented meals.
You will:
- Have experience working in a kitchen environment.
- Have a recognised catering qualification (Level 3 Food Hygiene Certificate and additional HACCP accreditation or Level 4 Food Hygiene Certificate, or commitment to work towards this).
- Work flexibly within rostered hours.
